This article summarized the significant works in the catalytic asymmetric diastereodivergent synthesis without changing drastically the reaction conditions or substrate structures. Diastereocontrol strategies as well as mechanisms are paid special attention on the expectation of inspiring new diastereodivergent strategies and realizing more types of diastereodivergent reactions.
