Interested in efficient charge transport materials and acene chemistry, we considered pushing the limits of established systems. The cover figure illustrates the idea of stabilizing hexacene by introduction of two additional Clar sextets. Phenanthrenylation of a dibromo‐pentacene precursor furnishes a well‐soluble and fairly stable bisbenzannulated hexacene with characteristic optoelectronic properties. Proof‐of‐concept field effect transistors show promising hole mobilities of up to 0.22 cm 2 V −1 s −1 . More information can be found in the Communication by J. Freudenberg, U. H. F.
