Cuboidal‐shaped dimers , here shown against a background of the Cubos de la Memoria (Llanes, Asturias), are formed as the sole products of a covalent self‐assembly reaction triggered by the treatment of the compound [Mo(η 3 ‐methallyl)(CO) 2 (Metz)(N‐N)]OTf (Metz=1‐methyl‐1,2,3‐triazole; N‐N=2,2’‐bipyridine or 1,10‐phenanthroline) with the strong base KN(SiMe 3 ) 2 .
