B‐site cation ordered double perovskites Ba 2 Bi x Sc 0.2 Co 1.8− x O 6−δ , possess two types of cobalt local environment. The critical role of the ordered [Co 2+ ] and [Sc 3+ , Bi 5+ , Co 3+ ] dual environments in improving OER activity in alkaline solution is vividly illustrated by a relay race competition, during which two sprinters are superior to a single runner. As the old Chinese saying goes, many hands make light work. More information can be found in the Full Paper by W. Zhou, Z. Shao et al. on page 5722 ff.
