Macrocycles Supramolecular organic frameworks (SOFs) have gathered the attention of the scientific world in recent times due to their fascinating applications in fields, such as selective gas sorption/separation, catalysis, medicinal chemistry, and electronics. In their Communication on page 15202 ff., J. Atwood and co‐workers describe the synthesis and crystal structures of two functionalized resorcin[4]arenes and pyroagllol[4]arenes, SOF building blocks, 4‐hydroxyphenylresorcin[4]arenes, and 4‐hydroxyphenylpyrogallol[4]arenes.
