Catalytic conversion of CO 2 to give value‐added chemicals at atmospheric pressure still remains challenging. In this study, a fluoride‐promoted metal‐free protocol has been developed for the highly efficient and selective reductive functionalization of CO 2 with amines and hydrosilanes under mild conditions. Formamide and methylamines could be accessed by tuning the hydrosilane type. This protocol offers chemoselective two‐ or six‐electron reduction of CO 2 in combination with C−N bond construction.
