Asymmetric methods for practical synthesis of fluorine‐containing compounds are in extremely high demand in virtually all branches of the chemical industry. This work introduces a new chiral reagent for generalized installation of pharmacophoric ( S )‐ or ( R )‐2‐(alkoxyphosphono)‐1‐amino‐2,2 difluoroethyl group into organic compounds. The original synthetic application of this new reagent is exemplified by Friedel–Crafts reactions with various indole derivatives, which proceed with excellent stereochemical outcome.
