The flanked sequences containing d(CCC) on the core sequence of parallel G‐quadruplexes improve the binding affinity of hemin to G‐quadruplexes, thereby remarkably enhancing the activity of G‐quadruplex/hemin DNAzyme and the hemin degradation by H 2 O 2 , as well as increasing the tolerance of DNAzyme to pH change.
