A multivalency effect against zinc metalloenzyme carbonic anhydrases has been demonstrated with sulfonamide inhibitor‐coated fluorescent silica nanoparticles. In their Communication on page 10306 ff. , J.‐Y. Winum and co‐workers report inhibitory potency improvement as well as isoform‐selectivity modulation towards the monomeric cytosolic isoforms CA I and CA II.
