A chemosensor for detecting NO in the presence of other pollutant gases that usually appear in the atmosphere has been reported by A. Costero and colleagues in their Communication on page 15486 ff. The strong fluorescent change observed in the chemosensor allows its use as a detector for the presence of the target gas in different environments.
