Frustrated partners : Based on an initial mechanistic investigation, enantioselective hydrosilylation of various imines was accomplished for the first time by using a novel chiral frustrated Lewis pair (FLP) catalyst. High enantioselectivities of up to 87 % were obtained demonstrating the effectiveness of these metal‐free chiral catalysts for this transformation (see scheme).
