Revisiting the desilication mechanism by using external pore‐directing agents to prepare mesoporous silicalite‐1. In their Full Paper on page 1137 ff. D. Verboekend and J. Pérez‐Ramírez prove that the application range of desilication can be extended to all‐silica zeolites, emphasizing the compositional flexibility of this post‐synthetic method. The background image represents a city with avenues and smaller streets that resembles the hierarchical porous network accomplished in the final mesoporous zeolite.
