A radical addition : A KO t Bu‐complex‐promoted radical arylation of polysubstituted alkenes with aryl iodides/bromides proceeds in high efficiency (see scheme). Benzofuran derivatives are also produced starting from readily available allyl 2‐iodophenyl ethers.
