Gone in the blink of any eye : The transient spectrum of the electron adducts of A⋅T pairs initially obtained shows that the unpaired electron is localized to the A site (see picture). Subsequently charge transfer from transients (A⋅T) .− to T .− occurs over the time range of microseconds.
