Hydrogen release : A novel catalyst based on a MOF (metal–organic framework, see figure) exhibits unexpectedly high catalytic activity for hydrogen generation from aqueous NH 3 BH 3 solution. The H 2 release was complete within 5 min (NH 3 BH 3 , 0.32  m ) at 298 K in air. This work presents a new strategy for a highly efficient catalyst preparation based on MOF‐stabilised metal clusters.
