Attractive tubes : When triggered by very low powered near‐infrared laser irradiation, photoimmobilized single‐walled carbon nanotube composite arrays can provide ultrafast thermal control of room‐temperature ionic liquids and quickly produce many poly( N ‐isopropylacrylamide) microspheres in water‐in‐ionic‐liquid emulsions (see figure).
