Enjoy orthogonally modifying : A readily modifiable structure was developed to quantitatively build a series of 3D shape‐persistent fluorescent nanocages (see figure) through dynamic covalent chemistry. The dynamic formation processes of the nanocages, directed by multivalent effects, were also observed. Interestingly, through simply adjusting the side chains, different surface morphologies of the nanocages were successfully achieved.
