One precatalyst fits all! The ease‐of‐synthesis, high reactivity, and low cost of the PEPPSI (pyridine‐enhanced precatalyst, preparation, stabilization, and initiation) precatalyst greatly improves the ease‐of‐use and reliability of the methodology based on the use of palladium N‐heterocyclic carbene (NHC) complexes. M. Organ et el. report on its use in Suzuki–Miyaura reactions on page 4743 ff. and in Negishi reactions on page 4749 ff.
