The cover picture shows the characteristic fan‐shaped leaf from the Ginkgo biloba tree and the blue pentameric assemblies that represent the glycine receptors which are blocked by ginkgolides, the skeleton of which is seen in the background. The first structure–activity relationship study of ginkgolides and glycine receptors is reported in the paper by K. Nakanishi, K. Strømgaard et al. on p. 1507 ff.
