The Cover Feature shows an effective active sites engineering via tuning configuration between N and P dopants in N, P Co‐doped graphene for efficient electrocatalysis of oxygen reduction and oxygen evolution reactions (ORR and OER). It demonstrates that the catalyst with Pyridinic N (N P )+Graphitic N(N G )+P configuration enhances ORR catalytic activity, while Pyridinic N(N P ) +Pyrrolic N((N PY ))+P configuration promotes OER performance.
