The Cover Feature illustrates that optimization on all length scales is necessary for the successful development of all‐solid‐state‐batteries. The image shows important stages in the development of solid electrolytes: the nano‐sized powder, the micron‐sized dense microstructure of a membrane, the millimeter and centimeter‐sized sheets of solid electrolytes and their integration into batteries. Maintaining the high ionic conductivity of the available sodium ion conductors, from the powder to the cell and from the lab to the factory, is a big challenge towards practical application. More information can be found in the Review by Q. Ma and F. Tietz.
