The Front Cover shows a sulfur‐ and nitrogen‐containing cobalt metal–organic framework (MOF). This MOF was chosen as a precursor to prepare cobalt sulfides through a phase‐control method and in situ sulfuration. These cobalt sulfides are promising as hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) electrocatalysts . The excellent HER performance of Co 9 S 8 /CoS 1.097 /rGO stems from the synergistic effect of Co 9 S 8 , CoS 1.097 , the high specific surface area, and the N, S‐doped carbon matrix.
