The Front Cover shows an as‐prepared composite material consisting of Co 3 O 4 with two carbon materials (i.e. carbon nanotubes and mesoporous carbon) with excellent oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) and oxygen evolution reaction (OER) performance. It is envisioned that this material could be used for rechargeable energy devices in electric vehicles. More information can be found in the Article by Q.
