The Cover Feature the scalable electrochemical synthesis of low‐dimension sub‐5 nm Pd nanoparticles with high dispersity and enhanced atomic surface distribution from a surfactant‐free green electrolyte. The cluster of nuclei grows independently by the reduction of metal ions without or with only a minor contribution of the underpotential‐deposited hydrogen, and size is decreased at higher overpotential. This work represents an important correlation of the overpotential‐dependent electrochemical nucleation and growth of nanoparticles and their electrocatalytic performance.
