The Inside Cover picture shows that organic compounds form as by‐products during the synthesis of gold nanoparticle (AuNP) in Good's buffers. These by‐products are optically and electrochemically active. This work suggests that one possibility of fluorescence signals in the AuNP solution could come from these by‐products. More details can be found in the Full Paper by J. Zhang and co‐workers on page 1212 in Issue 8, 2016 (DOI: 10.1002/celc.201600135).
