Catalyst considerations: Pt–Cu alloys are prepared as a thin‐film material library with a composition gradient. By using a scanning flow cell coupled to on‐line mass spectrometry, this library can be screened over to measure the activity towards the oxygen reduction reaction as well as the time‐resolved dissolution of both alloy components in parallel. This results in comprehensive insights into the composition‐dependent performance of the Pt–Cu system.
