Prototype of a Micro‐Structured Gas Phase Reactor for Aerospace Applications The complete reactor is constructed of aluminum. The thermal power of the heterogeneously catalyzed combustion reaction, which amounts to ca. 27 kW, is removed by a cooling blower at low pressure drop. In the background a multitude of micro‐structured plates is shown on a template. The plates had been coated with catalyst by screen printing and they are decollated by laser cutting in a subsequent step of the fabrication procedure. see also: DOI: 10.1002/ceat.201200637 H.
