The method specified in ISO/CD 4126–10 exhibits the highest accuracy compared to other models used in industry and academia. At the same time it allows for an oversizing of the necessary relief area under all test conditions. The average or statistical reproductive accuracy is characterized by an unacceptable logarithmic scatter of about 80 %.
