The simulation, fabrication and experimental characterization of a fluidic network of planar micro mixers utilizing chaotic advection induced by Dean vortices are presented. The approach allows realization of specific networks which provide dilution series of two or more fluids. As an example, a mixer network is analyzed where two inlet streams are mixed in ratios 1:2 m (m = 1, ..., 5). The layout is performed by means of a network model which is based on detailed computational fluid dynamic simulations.
