The Cover Feature shows a well defined organoaluminum cationic complex where the aluminum center is three coordinated and its fourth coordination site is vacant and available to bind with a donor molecule and therefore exhibits high Lewis acidity. In their Communication, S. Rawat et al. describe how they have been able to exploit the Lewis acidic behavior of the aluminum center for cyanosilylation of aldehydes and ketones in a homogeneous process. This main group catalyst showed good chemoselectivity, and is able to operate under mild reaction conditions, which gives it an edge over transition metal‐mediated processes. More information can be found in the Communication by S. Rawat et al..
