The Front Cover illustrates the evolution process of P450 LaMO by transdomain combination mutagenesis as different branches of an army joining forces triumphantly atop the Great Wall. In their Full Paper, R.‐J. Li et al. met the great challenge of enhancing turnover, frequency and electron coupling efficiency of a CYP1168 monooxygenase for the unnatural substrate tetralin by introducing mutagenesis simultaneously into the heme domain and the redox domain of P450 LaMO .
