The Front Cover is an illustration of the tube‐in‐tube reactor setup used for determining enzyme kinetics. In their Full Paper, Ringborg, Toftgaard Pedersen and Woodley explain the importance of kinetic characterization and present a novel and automated setup for such a task. Experimental development and validation of this instrument revealed not only the high degree of accuracy of the kinetic data obtained, but also the necessity of making measurements in this way to enable the accurate evaluation of high KMO enzyme systems. This development paves the way to integrate kinetic data into the protein engineering cycle.
