The Cover shows an enzyme‐mimicking polymeric metallofoldamer containing Ni–thiolate cofactors. In their Communication, S. Thanneeru et al. propose a new class of metallofoldamers that consists of folded discrete polymers incorporating metal–thiolates. The folded polymer backbone having an average size of 2–10 nm resembles protein frameworks as a second coordination environment to promote the specific binding of CO 2 to metal sites. The metallofoldamer with Ni–thiolates is demonstrated to be highly active and selective for CO 2 reduction to CO. At 80°C, the turnover frequency (TOF) of the Ni–metallofoldamer can reach 0.69 s −1 , corresponding to 2500 turnovers per hour per Ni site.
