The cover picture shows an attractive environmentally friendly process for NO x removal from stationary and mobile sources. In their Full Paper, J. Zhou and co‐workers describe a novel approach for the direct catalytic decomposition of NO under excess oxygen that is highly efficient. Importantly, the apparent activation energies of MnO 2 ‐Cu‐ZSM‐5 and Ni 2 O 3 ‐Cu‐ZSM‐5 in the microwave catalytic reaction mode (MCRM) respectively decrease to as low as 15.5 and 25.7 kJ mol −1 compared with that of 75.6 kJ mol −1 in the conventional reaction mode (CRM), suggesting a significant microwave catalytic effect. Intriguingly, the oxygen concentration has almost no influence on the catalytic activity in the MCRM. The article highlighted by this cover can be found on p. 450 ff. of Issue 3, 2015.
