A new junction: CdS nanocrystals combined with single‐layer transition‐metal dichalcogenide nanosheets with two‐dimensional nanojuctions are reported to possess excellent photocatalytic activity and stability under visible‐light irradiation. Two‐dimensional architecture at nanojunctions offers a promising pathway to obtain high performance photocatalyst systems by using single‐layer nanosheets as building blocks.
