The Hurtley locker: The first examples of copper‐catalyzed C   sp   2C   sp   3cross‐coupling with the direct involvement of a Cu I /Cu III catalytic cycle are reported. The product rapidly reorganizes into a 1,2‐dihydroisoquinoline scaffold.
