One pot, two catalyses: Electron‐rich ferrate Bu 4 N[Fe(CO) 3 (NO)] (TBAFe) plus DBU as an amine base are cooperating in a dual catalytic fashion. Different allylic carbonates are transferred into the corresponding allyl sulfones by means of Fe‐catalysis. These are subsequently isomerized into vinyl sulfones using DBU as an amine base in good to excellent yields with full control of π‐bond geometry. Base‐induced catalyst decomposition was not observed.
