Getting light: Guanidinium borohydride (GBH) and ethylene‐diamine bisborane (EDB) represent interesting molecular materials for hydrogen storage. Certain systems are theoretically able to deliver up to 5 equiv of dihydrogen (12.4 wt %) under mild conditions. The yielded hydrogen gas is of high purity and produces defined BN species which are important for an efficient regeneration‐process.
