Helix the cat: Metalloenzymes are the benchmark catalysts for efficient enantioselective chemical transformations and, as such, a source of inspiration for catalyst design. Novel metallopeptides, comprising a dirhodium tetracarboxylate active site embedded in a helical peptide dimer, have been shown to catalyze highly enantioselective SiH insertion reactions.
