Key Clinical Message Blood blister‐like aneurysms of the supraclinoid portion of the internal carotid artery are rare, fragile, and thin‐walled lesions with a higher rate of rebleeding. Our case underwent a hybrid procedure combining direct surgical and endovascular approach.
