Key Clinical Message In cases of decompensated heart failure related to cancer therapy‐related cardiac dysfunction, ivabradine administration could lead to an increased stroke volume by reducing the sinus heart rate, resulting in favorable hemodynamics. Assessment of the overlap between the E‐ and A‐waves facilitates understanding the effects of ivabradine in such cases.
