Key Clinical Message When a patient complains of nausea, gastrointestinal endoscopy tends to be the first‐choice diagnostic method. However, physicians must rule out the possibility of aneurysm rupture by careful physical assessment before performing gastrointestinal endoscopy, which can be extremely dangerous.
