Key Clinical Message All efforts should be aimed to safe permanent tooth for adolescents. Presented rare case confirms a possibility to save a tooth with Oehlers Type 3 anomaly with peri‐invaginated periodontitis and to preserve vitality of the tooth pulp, even when surgical cyst removal is performed.
