Key Clinical Message Nutritional support and Antibiotics treatment can be used as conservative treatment for the resolution of gastro‐colic fistula after sleeve gastrectomy in stable patients specially to prevent cumbersome redo surgeries that have higher risks of complications particularly in patients with minimal financial means.
