Key Clinical Message Thalamic pain is severe and treatment‐resistant; however, there are few available options for improving thalamic pain. This study demonstrated that thalamic pain was alleviated by administration of cilostazol, suggesting that cilostazol may be a candidate for treating thalamic pain.
