Key Clinical Message We present the orthodontic treatment of a 20‐year‐old Chinese man with the moderate skeletal Class III malocclusion. The usages of the temporary anchorage devices and the surgically assisted rapid palatal expansion ( SARPE ) have provided a variety of options for the treatment of Class III malocclusion.
