Key Points The study reported the difference in outcomes between CKD and non‐CKD patients undergoing infrainguinal revascularization. There was no difference in procedural success or target vessel revascularization between the CKD and non‐CKD groups. CKD patients had higher limb amputation and lower survival at 12‐months.
