Key Points Radial access is rarely used during interventions for AMI related cardiogenic shock In this observational study, radial access was used in half of CS patients and had similar time to treatment, contrast, fluoroscopy dose and PCI success compared to femoral access. Patients who received radial access were less sick, and the reduction bleeding complications will need to be risk adjusted.
