Key Points Bleeding and ischemic limb complications continue to plague patients with cardiogenic shock. These complications are iatrogenic as they are not part of the pathophysiology of cardiogenic shock syndrome and are an attractive target for quality improvement. Standardized care with vascular bundles may represent an important concept to reduce complications in this high‐risk patient group.
