Key Points Solid‐organ transplant recipients have a unique surgical risk profile. The elevated risk of perioperative complications in these patients makes TAVR a particularly attractive option when aortic stenosis treatment is needed. The authors report that TAVR is associated with fewer complications in transplant patients, including lower mortality, than open surgery. These data are welcome, as they assist our collective effort in choosing safe and effective therapeutic options in special patient groups.
